Very quick and easy to order. Confirmation email right away as well as an email the following day to notify me when they had been successfully delivered. Flowers were lovely however were not the same as the pictured arrangment that I had chosen online but I do understand with next day delivery they may not have all the right flowers on hand in the shop. Overall great experience.
